Work with the users to confirm their requirements and the issues they may be having. Ensure quick resolution to user and system problems. Requirements: RPG programming expertise in an IBM iSeries environment. Thorough knowledge of the Island Pacific ERP System / Lawson. i5/OS knowledge. iSeries networking knowledge. PC software experience (especially MS Office and Lotus Notes). PC OS experience (Windows) Proficient experience (10 or more years) in an iSeries RPG programming environment that includes interaction with Programmers and the user community. Experience using RLU, SDA, sub file programming, free format RPG, ILE programming, embedded SQL, FTP, SFTP, PGP encryption, Overlays/Page Segments and Avery (Label/Bar Code) printers.
