IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Overview
Our client in the Philadelphia area of PA has an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst!   
 

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related IT Service Desk / Help Desk Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office2016 to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Outlook and Access a plus.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills are critical.
  • Ability to handle 40 – 60 technical and non-technical calls per day.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Proven skill in managing multiple tasks and in establishing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and maintains confidentiality.
  • Able to work between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday. Candidate must be flexible when a staggered work schedule is needed.
  • Ability to work overtime including evenings and weekends, as needed.
