Our client in the Union area of NJ has an excellent opportunity for an Oracle PL/SQL Developer!

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Very strong in PL/SQL programming (a minimum of 5 years).
Working in large enterprise level Transactional and Batch processing application environment.
Performance tuning.
Strong problem solving and Oracle debugging skills.
Working in Active-Active multi-node Oracle environment.
Working in Oracle Data Warehouse applications.
Working in large / complex Finance & Accounting applications (preferable).
Working as Support person in a 24×7 Production Support team (preferable).
Multitasker and ability to switch between tasks as priorities are juggled.
Aware of the latest trends & techniques in Oracle PL/SQL back-end programming. Critical thinker & can work with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical ability.
Solves problems by going after the root cause and not just quick programming / data fixes. Delivers Oracle PL/SQL solutions of high quality after performing extensive tests.
Strong work ethic; should be available when needed.
Able to handle a workplace environment that is very demanding / stressful etc. Able to work well with peers & supervisors.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
