Job Overview

Our client in the Summit area of NJ has an excellent opportunity for a Product Catalog Specialist!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures functions of the Product Catalog are maintained by proactively identifying issues; reviewing error or failure reports; providing solutions and new processes to be used for customer support; providing high level analytical reporting utilizing SQL, VB.net, C#; partnering with product teams for updates to catalogs or new features; and presenting conclusions, deliverables, and new processes to stakeholders to support the business.
  • Manages Product Catalog projects and develops work-flow processes by working with key stakeholders to determine business requirements; and collaborating with Product and Technical teams within the organization to ensure quality, timeliness, and functionality.
  • Manages the health and accuracy of the Product Catalog system by monitoring and validating uploaded data from external partners; executing all manufacturing, safety, and compliance directives from government agencies or merchants; maintaining, adding, and removing merchandise assortment information and data; ensuring quality product delivery to the customer; and participating in projects as product catalog subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with the Paradigm CenterPoint Omnichannel solution.
  • Relevant experience within manufacturing organization.
  • Extremely strong organization and project management skills.
  • Time management skills, resourcefulness, and team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Communications, or related field OR 1 year experience with the Paradigm CenterPoint / Omnichannel solution.
  • 1 year experience in SQL.
  • 1 year experience in VB.net.
  • 1 year experience in C#.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
