Job Overview

Our client has an excellent remote opportunity for a Time & Labor / Workforce Management System Specialist! 



  • Primary Time & Labor (WFM) Support contact for all WFM support calls and support emails from customers.
  • Investigation and identification of solutions for WFM-related issues reported by customers.
  • Working with Application Partner Support team members to evaluate system capabilities with respect to customer requirements.
  • Preparation of Service Agreements for out of scope WFM implementation work and/or system changes that are required by customers.
  • Development and implementation of WFM solutions for changes that are required by customers to support new T&A rules, pay codes, etc.
  • Delivery of additional training (as required) to customers once they have gone live on WFM.
  • Daily monitoring of WFM customers who have Middleware installations and time clock hardware installations to insure they are up and running.
  • Daily monitoring of WFM interface files across all WFM customers.
  • Development and delivery of all customer-wide email and phone communications to WFM customers regarding WFM system issues, WFM upgrades, WFM new features, etc.
  • Monthly review of billing counts generated by WebApps to provide approval for paying monthly invoice from WebApps
  • Primary point of contact for new WFM customer system implementations: Management of implementation project; Identification of customer business requirements; Design of WFM configuration to meet customer’s requirements; Documentation of interface logic needed for WFM interface; Assisting customers with the selection and order processing for time clock hardware; Support related to the installation and configuration of time clock hardware; Configuration of all rules and other setup in the WFM application that is required to meet customer’s business requirements; Configuration of all changes that are needed in iCON so that the customer has a seamless experience using iCON and WFM; Testing of WFM configuration; Preparation of training materials for multiple types of WFM training; Delivery of Train the Trainer training for multiple types of WFM training; Assistance with execution of parallel tests; Assistance with go live and post go live support as needed.

  • Experience with KRONOS Workforce Ready is desirable. Experience with other Time and Labor applications will be considered.
  • Preferred qualifications include first-hand knowledge of payroll and human resource management systems and local, state and federal regulations.
  • Software proficiency required in Excel, Word, Power Point with demonstrated capabilities in software utilization for training functions.
  • Experience or background in payroll and with human resources information systems is highly desired.
  • 1-3 years’ experience consulting on application implementations and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner system implementation ownership by ensuring training and implementation terms and obligations are met.
  • Communication skills in dealing with internal/external stakeholders including executives to provide on time, within estimates, quality deliverables that meet product expectations and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience creating and communicating the training and implementation plan to insure the support of the implementation process and deliverables.
  • Ability to recommend and lead efforts to improve or create business processes.
