Our client in the Park Ridge area of NJ has an excellent opportunity for an IT OTC (Order to Cash) Analyst!
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP OTC modules including Sales & Distribution, CRM, Rebates, Contracts, and Pricing.
- Support integration with related SAP modules, particularly Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), and Supply Chain.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues, particularly involving ABAP debugging and interface analysis.
- Drive the design, testing, and implementation of changes to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate and document requirements gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including process flows, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP-related projects, enhancements, and ongoing system support.
- Ensure all system changes follow established IT standards, change control, and validation procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC configuration and related functional areas.
- Solid understanding of SAP rebate processing, contract management, pricing, and billing.
- Experience with SAP data structures and the ability to interpret ABAP code (debugging, not development).
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP OTC and FI, MM, and other supply chain modules.
- Experience with S4 Rise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and recommend scalable solutions.
- Experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
