Job Overview Our client has an excellent opportunity for a B2B Implementation Specialist! Responsibilities: Implement integrations, including Punchout and hosted catalogs, cXML and EDI PO, acknowledgement, and invoice functions, as well as other possible electronic integrations. Act as a key interface between EProcurement teams within the customer’s organizations. Provide Hypercare of new connections to ensure a smooth transition process. Drive each integration through initial kickoff, credentialing, testing protocols and successful go live, interfacing with sales team, customer, and 3rd party contractors. Track each integration’s status to ensure that multiple integrations can be in process simultaneously and kept on a timeline to completion, ensuring all parties are aware of roles, responsibilities, and next steps. Monitor completed integrations to ensure they are functioning properly, occasionally including rework activities such as, changing settings, tracking root causes on failed PO’s, invoices etc. and ensuring they are delivered properly. Manage, QC and upload e-commerce content catalogs and price books with frequent updates. Determine where new processes and systems are needed to accelerate integration processes. Enable sales teams to propose connections within their territories. Maintain and develop reports to keep team updated on the growth of EProcurement sales and activity including number of connected accounts, YOY Performance, etc. Provide training to new (and existing reps) on what an EProcurement platform is and how it’s beneficial to engage customers to increase sales. Manage the relationship with Trade Centric, the external organization, that facilitates the technical connections for the platform integrations. Manage the profile information on all EProcurement platforms and update them as needed (i.e., adding certifications, white papers, etc.) Identify opportunities to elevate exposure within the EProcurement platforms. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Strong Excel skills REQUIRED to prepare content, price books and ensure other data intensive tasks can be handled. Experience with cXML and EDI integrations, including EDI 850, 810 and 855. Experience setting up electronic integrations with EProcurement/Procure-to Pay (P2P) systems especially: Jaggaer, Ariba, Oracle and Coupa. Direct experience with the above platforms, their interface, usage, catalog content and price management are preferred. Experience working with Open Catalog Interface (OCI) and APIs is desired. Strong customer service mindset. Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts. Experience with e-Sourcing/e-Procurement project management. Self-Starter, ability to work across multiple departments and manage multiple projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an effective manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
