Sean Ryan Associates provides qualified individuals to your permanent staff in a timely and cost efficient manner. In all cases, careful background checking is provided to ensure that the candidates presented to you for your final approval will be productive members of your organization right away.
*With a retention search, part of the fee must be paid up front by the client and the remainder will be paid to Sean Ryan Associates once the candidate starts.
Sean Ryan Associates provides consultants, short and long term, to satisfy the need for the addition of staff to meet critical deadlines or to replace people who are out for a period of time. Based on your requirements, we provide the right professionals to meet your temporary staffing needs. Sean Ryan Associates will prequalify, check backgrounds and present your organization with consultants that will meet or exceed your expectations. During this period the contractor is paid only for the hours worked.
Sean Ryan Associates provides payroll facilitation for unique situations that may occur for many organizations. For example, you identify a candidate that you like but do not have a permanent head count for at the moment or an employee needs to relocate but is needed for important projects or your current consultant’s staffing firm goes out of business and you need to keep the contractor, etc.
We have all the insurance necessary and our rates are very competitive. We charge 12% of the consultant’s hourly rate if he or she is on a 1099 (20% of the hourly rate to cover payroll taxes on Sean Ryan Associates end if the person is W2) with a $5 a per hour minimum. *There may be a small administrative fee for tax filing purposes depending on the state.

Right to Hire
Sean Ryan Associates offers our clients the option of right to hire staffing. Initially, the prospective member of staff is brought into your organization as our consultant with the intended purpose of evaluating their talents and personal chemistry with your existing staff.
When all goes well, the individual will be converted to permanent employee status upon mutual agreement of your company and the candidate. This method of adding staff allows you to feel comfortable with a potential employee (and vice versa) before a fulltime commitment is made.
