Job Overview Our client in the Bedminster area of NJ has an excellent HYBRID opportunity for a Senior Mobile Applications Developer! You’re expected to be in the office once… maybe twice a week. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day activities in the PMO, provide guidance on PMO best practices and processes, supervise project management staff, and collaborate with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and be able to influence change across the company. Ensure the planning, tracking and governance of strategically significant programs and projects. Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and initiate strategic projects. Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. Analyze project data, including project schedules, risks, and resource allocation. Provide clear status reports across multiple portfolios to sponsors and executives. Ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the project standards. Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting objectives, adhering to schedules and meeting deadlines. Drive the adoption of project planning, tracking and oversight standards including Business Cases, Charters, Detailed Program/Project Plans, Status Reports, Stakeholder Management and Governance Reporting. Continuously evaluate project risks to ensure adequate escalation and mitigation. Develop staff to continuously enhance the capabilities of the PMO. Influence the maturity of PM capabilities across the company. Requirements: Minimum of ten years’ experience in project/program management. Minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory position. Must have strong leadership skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
