IT Systems Operations Manager

Our client in the Tappan area of NY has an excellent opportunity for an IT Systems Operations Manager! You must be onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate and execute IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement robust incident response procedures to minimize downtime and address technical issues promptly.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT projects with organizational goals.
Communicate project updates, risks, and successes to stakeholders at various levels.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Implement risk management plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
Ensure that IT projects meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and validation processes to guarantee the reliability of deliverables.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

Must have a strong understanding of IT systems.
Must have hands-on experience with software development using .NET and SQL.
Must have experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferably.
Experience coding programs with X++, a plus
Proven track record in a managerial role.
Working in manufacturing environments is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
