Job Overview

Our client in NYC has an excellent opportunity for a Retail Systems Specialist!



  • Assume ownership of all retail systems in the North America region.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Point-of-Sale application, related integrations, and processes.
  • Perform L2 support functions for major retail applications, hardware, and systems.
  • Conduct diagnostic investigations of errors and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for technical resolution.
  • Manage technical rollout for all new store openings including POS setup, hardware rollout, testing and training.
  • Collaborate with HQ team on new initiatives, upgrades and value add features.
  • Manage project implementation including rollout plans, training, UAT and go-live.
  • Prepare various documentation including project reports, process, and user manuals, presentations, strategic and technical plans, and other related information on assigned application analyses.
  • Cross train on ERP application to provide coverage and gain additional mastery.



  • Knowledge of MS SQL Enterprise.
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting background.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems/programs.
  • Knowledge of systems integration process.
  • Knowledge of One Store POS by Bizeta a plus.
  • Knowledge of Retail Pro by RPI a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP workflows.
